3. You may not use or register, or otherwise claim rights for any downloaded DBS IPR, including as or as part of any trademark, service mark, company name, trade name, username or domain registration.
4. DBS reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to this webpage and/or DBS’ IPR immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you have been found or have reasonably been suspected of a breach of DBS’ Terms and Conditions and/or these Additional Terms.
5. DBS reserves the right to, at any juncture, revoke the Licence provided to you. In such circumstances, you agree to immediately, at DBS’ sole discretion and upon written notice, either take down any and all reference of DBS’ IPR and/or confirm (with documentary proof) that such references of DBS’ IPR have been destroyed and are no longer in your possession, custody or control.
6. In the event that you have been found to use the Licence other than in the manner permitted above (“Unauthorised Usage”), you agree to indemnify DBS Bank and/or DBS Group (whichever applicable) in respect of all losses and/or damages arising out of such Unauthorised Usage.
7. In the event of an inconsistency between the terms set out in DBS Bank’s Terms and Conditions and these Additional Terms above, the Additional Terms above shall prevail.
