Hi @Teebs2001
You can try contacting support directly via that link. I had the same issue but since my Hello was out of the warranty period support was unable to help.

Two of our three Nest Hello Doorbells are peeling. Since they are past the warranty period, we bought elago Silicone Cases (skins) designed for the Google Nest Hello Doorbell on Amazon to cover the peeling shards. Walmart also sells them. The doorbells still work.

I've got the same issue with mine. It looks awful, really disappointed as it's only just hit 3 years old and under a canopy!

If you are past the 1-year (warranty) mark I'm pretty sure Google will not help you. I purchased the new Gen 2 doorbell and returned it and now I just live with the peeling Gen 1 doorbell. I like the way it work and I prefer the Nest app. (The Gen 2 doorbell only works in the Google Home app which lacks features at the moment)

sicsacol Hello, You said you want to hear more about this behavior. So you mean the 1000's of people that have reported this haven't provided you with enough information? You really think there is more to this story? Really?

Hi I've had no response for a week now since my original reply to someone who contacted via email.
