Engrave Your iPad, AirTag or Apple Pencil

Make it your own — or a gift they’ll never forget — with free laser engraving. You can add a message to any new iPad, AirPods, AirTag or Apple Pencil (2nd generation). This option is available online and through the Apple Store App.

After you select an eligible product, you’ll see an option to Add Engraving. Type in text and choose emojis to craft your own special message. You’ll see a preview of the engraving as you enter it. Then Save it and Add to Bag.

You may be able to make changes to the engraved text or cancel your item if online Order Status indicates that it has “Not yet shipped.” See the Viewing & Changing Orders section of Shopping Help for details or go directly to online Order Status. You may wish to review our Sales and Refunds Policy.

Please note that we are unable to customize refurbished Mac computers.

Hardware Options

You have several options to build the system that is right for you. After you choose the model you want, you can configure, for example:

  • Storage type and capacity
  • Keyboard and mouse

Software Options

When you receive your Mac, you’ll find your preinstalled software on the second page of Launchpad and in your Applications folder.

Please note that a CD or DVD for your pre-installed software is not included. For support with your pre-installed Apple apps, visit https://support.apple.com/apps.

How to Customize

  1. Select the Mac notebook or desktop computer you want.
  2. On the Customize page, select the configuration options you’d like.
  3. When you are finished building your Mac, click the Add to Bag button.

The dollar amount that will be added to or subtracted from your subtotal is listed next to each option. The subtotal, shipping time frame, and specifications summary at the top right of the screen will update as you choose options.

How to Purchase Apple Store Gift Cards

Apple Store Gift Cards can be purchased from the Apple Online Store for any amount between ₱ 1,000 - ₱ 30,000. Alternatively Apple Store Gift Cards can be purchased over the phone at 1800-1651-0525 (Smart / PLDT), 1800-8474-7382 (Globe).

How to Use Apple Store Gift Cards

Apple Store Gift Cards can be redeemed on the Apple Online Store, or by calling 1800-1651-0525 (Smart / PLDT), 1800-8474-7382 (Globe). Apple Store Gift Cards can only be redeemed in the country or region of purchase.

When using your Apple Store Gift Card at the Apple Online Store or over the phone, you'll need to provide the gift card number and PIN. Remember to keep the card in your possession until your item(s) have been delivered.

You can use up to eight Apple Store Gift Cards for one transaction at the Apple Online Store. You can also combine your Apple Store Gift Card(s) with one credit/debit card to pay for your purchase.

Apple Store Gift Cards can be redeemed for most items on the Apple Online Store, including iPhone, iPhone accessories, and all things Mac, and iPad.

Note: Apple Store Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Apple Store Gift Card, an iTunes Gift Card, an iTunes Gift Certificate, Apple Print Products, or for purchases at the iTunes Store.

Checking Your Apple Store Gift Card Balance

You can check your Apple Store Gift Card balance by visiting Your Account or by calling 1800-1651-0525 (Smart / PLDT), 1800-8474-7382 (Globe).

Lost or Stolen Cards

To report a lost or stolen Apple Store Gift Card, please contact Apple by telephone at 1800-1651-0525 (Smart / PLDT), 1800-8474-7382 (Globe). Replacement cards will be issued after Apple confirms that the lost or stolen card has not been redeemed and order details have been verified. Apple is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
