Engrave Your iPad, Air Tags or Apple Pencil
Make it your own — or a gift they’ll never forget — with free laser engraving. You can add a message to any new iPad, AirPods, AirTag or Apple Pencil (2nd generation). This option is available online and through the Apple Store App, and is not offered on refurbished products.
After you select an eligible product, you’ll see an option to Add Engraving. Type in text and choose emojis to craft your own special message. You’ll see a preview of the engraving as you enter it. Then Save it and Add to Bag.
You may be able to make changes to the engraved text or cancel your item if online Order Status indicates that it has “Not yet shipped”. See the Viewing & Changing Orders section of Shopping Help for details or go directly to online Order Status. You may wish to review our Sales and Refunds Policy.

How to Purchase Apple Gift Cards
Apple Gift Cards can be purchased on apple.com, in the Apple Store app or at the Apple Store. Electronic gift cards can be purchased in any amount between €10 and €250. If you purchase an electronic Apple Gift Card to send to someone else, we’ll send you an email notification once we’ve sent the gift card to the recipient.

Apple Gift Cards for Business

Lost or Stolen Cards
To report a lost or stolen Apple Gift Card (or any previous-generation Apple gift card), please contact Apple at any Apple Store location or by telephone on 1800 92 38 98. Replacement cards will be issued after Apple has verified that the lost or stolen card has not been redeemed and you’ve presented your original purchase receipt. Apple is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Send gifts throughout Europe
You can now send select products to friends and family all over Europe. Simply visit the Apple Online Store for the desired country and place your order with a credit card. If you do not speak the appropriate language, contact our Apple Store Specialist at 1800 92 38 98.
