This is the best magnetic phone holder I've found for the car. It's easy to install, the magnet is strong, and it doesn't call attention to itself or get in the way of anything. I love the simplicity of its design. There are so many cringy contraptions in the market that don't do half the job this little item does. I've driven on some rough terrain and it's never dropped the phone. It does its job and looks good doing it.

iOtti iTap2 Magnetic Dash Car Mount work well in my Prius
I was able to put the metal on the back of the OtterBox Clip iPhone protector. I then put the pack of the protector shield with my phone facing out toward me in the car. It worked great. I only have one warning I left my phone on the mount while shopping in heated care. The phone had a high-temperature warning on the screen of the iPhone when I returned. Once air-conditioning was back on for a few minutes the phone was Ok.
