About
The City University of New York (CUNY) Department of Public Safety was formed under the leadership of University Chancellor W. Ann Reynolds in 1992. Since then, the Department of Public Safety has expanded its ranks to include: peace officers, sergeants, lieutenants, security directors and college security specialists.
