I have terrible experience with this…
I have terrible experience with this insurance, the whole process was so hard and frustrating and at the end when my claim was approved they didn't even pay my money but they sent only 1 EUR!!! This is SCAM.
XCOVER is a scam
XCOVER is a scam. I had travel insurance with them and made genuine injury claim. 7 months later, still waiting for claim amount. Their phone doesn't work and you cant even chat live with them. Doesn't look like its a real company. Not sure if making a complain against a non-existent company will help.
Our journey will be later
Our journey will be later. But it´s a good feeling to have this insurance.
They find a way to not pay
I submitted a coverage claim for damage to my new Wayfair sofa from one of the first times I sat down on it. The stuffing broke through the springs and created a hole in the sofa where I sat down. There was no long term wear and tear or any kind of issue, the sofa was new when this happened.
I provided photo evidence of the damage. I didn't hear anything back for 6 weeks at which point I followed up. The next day after following up my claim was denied due to the damage being caused by "misuse, mishandling or neglect." Apparently, XCover thinks sitting on a sofa constitutes misuse. Not sure what the point of a sofa is then...
Either way, I feel completely scammed purchasing this coverage. Would not recommend.

Do not bother to get insurance with Xcover
Cannot find a phone number to contact! I’ve had to fill out the online form for someone to get in touch but it’s been over a week and nothing! Totally useless.
