Poor quality

Bikes no older than 10 months and paints coming away from the frame .tredz contacted Scott's warranty team but I had too chase tredz for an update. And the response I got was shocking Scott saying by that removing your rear wheel will cause this and I should just lacquer it. I don't think that reply was fair at all ,ive owned a norco storm fir nealy ten years and the rear wheel has been removed countless times and no issues like this.obviously poor quality and workmanship. Tredz and Scott are brands I no longer associate with high quality goods.

Service from the team was excellent! Think you need to look at your courier company though there service was bad not delivering items on the date that it was supposed to! I’ve had a few items delivered and know other people who’s had the same issues.

I ordered a new bike light on the 21st…

I ordered a new bike light on the 21st September. It is now the 30th September at time of writing review and light has still not been delivered. Tredz just keep advising it is at DHL depot or out for delivery. Really not impressed! Thanks for your response Tredz. It is now 20:00 and just received another message from DHL telling me they won’t deliver today. That will be 10 days tomorrow since order and fourth day commuting with no back light!! Please cancel and refund me

No fuss service

Ordered an I9 stem, website made it clear it was available from the importer, and indicated a number of days for delivery as a result. Stem arrived in line with the advised deadline, and was what I wanted, no issues, no drama.

Since I still have not had the bicycle…

Since I still have not had the bicycle delivered having been cancelled by DHL 3 times in a row . It's going to have to be a 1 star . I understand this might have been DHLs fault however tredz did choose to use them and my bicycle doesn't currently exist
