Meet Our CEO

As CEO of Omnicom Public Relations Group, Chris Foster leads 5,000 professionals across 20+ PR, Public-Affairs & Policy, and Specialty Consulting firms on six continents. A former Booz Allen Partner and C-suite leader at Burson-Marsteller and BCW, he blends consulting rigor with agency creativity for sustainable innovation and growth. Over two decades he has guided high-stakes campaigns for governments and global enterprises in defense, healthcare, energy and technology, applying real-time analytics to anticipate risk and shape strategy. Author of Reputation Strategy and Analytics in a Hyper-Connected World, he serves on boards spanning arts, communications, higher education, public service and workforce development and is a founding member of the Black Executive CMO Alliance. Foster was named #1 on PRWeek’s Power List for 2025, is a Savoy Most Influential Executive, and holds degrees from Johns Hopkins and the University of Virginia.

Robin Callif

Robin Callif

Chief Strategy Officer

Robin steers strategy for OPRG. She leads at the intersection of brand, public affairs and transformation, guiding C-suite leaders through repositioning, growth and reputation challenges. Robin began her career in crisis communications with New York City’s EMS union and spent two decades at Edelman shaping global advisory services. In 2017 she founded Bridge & Tunnel Group, counseling leaders on stakeholder trust and complex communications before joining OPRG in 2021. Today she leads enterprise programs focused on innovation and cross-sector growth, orchestrates multi-market campaigns and mentors senior teams in narrative architecture. Robin holds an MBA from Baruch College and a BA from SUNY Albany.

A 25-year Omnicom veteran, Paul has held executive roles at Fleishman Hillard and Porter Novelli, guiding health communications strategies for IPOs, M&A activity and product launches. Paul is a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, venture capital partners and emerging health innovators. His leadership and impact have been recognized with industry honors including PRWeek's 40 Under 40 and the Health Influencer 50. As an active member of Omnicom's LGBTQ+ community OPEN, he also champions diversity, equity and mentorship across the network.
Erin Lanuti

Chief Innovation Officer

Erin directs AI and innovation strategy across OPRG global communications and public affairs firms. She launched the award-winning OmniearnedID platform and previously scaled performance marketing solutions at Publicis. Named Innovator of the Year by the International Business Awards and recognized by PRovoke’s Innovator 25, Erin guides senior leaders on forward-looking applications of AI, behavioral science and media.
Matt Stafford

International President

Matt advises multinational organizations on public affairs, reputation, geopolitics and business transformation across EMEA, APAC and LatAm markets. With sector depth in technology, finance, government, energy and healthcare, he also specializes in guiding Asia-Pacific companies as they expand globally. Matt previously served as Cabinet Secretary for the Australian Government and as Director of Policy in the office of the Australian Prime Minister. He later supported the President of the United States during the presidential transition, contributing to policy development. Before joining OPRG, Matt was President of Global Practices and Sectors at communications firm Burson, where he also led its APAC operations.
Avra Lorrimer

Avra oversees client relationships and unlocks value from OPRG capabilities worldwide. With a career leading communications firms in New York and London, she has directed complex, integrated programs for global organizations, crafting strategies that build and protect brands, elevate executive presence and help companies articulate their transformation stories. Recognized as a PRWeek Woman of Distinction and one of PR News’ Top Women in PR, she graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and has completed postgraduate coursework at New York University and Sotheby’s Institute.
Colin Barlow

Chief Operating Officer

Colin brings more than two decades of operational and financial leadership across marketing networks. Before joining OPRG, he spent 23 years at WPP's GroupM, rising from Chief Financial Officer to Chief Operating Officer and spearheading the consolidation of digital activation capabilities into a unified global model. Colin previously held roles at BBDO Europe, Razorfish and Arthur Andersen, strengthening his expertise in media, digital and finance. A native of the United Kingdom, he holds an Electronic Engineering degree from the University of Leeds.
Vikram Tohan

Vikram Tohan

Chief Financial Officer

Vikram directs financial strategy and performance worldwide. He joined OPRG in July 2024 after serving as Global CFO for Edelman Smithfield and Edelman Global Advisory, where he strengthened governance and growth planning. Earlier in his career, Vikram was Executive Vice President of Finance at Edelman, held senior finance roles at Ketchum, and served as Director of Finance at McGraw-Hill following an analyst role at CoStar Group. Vikram holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The George Washington University School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Soon Mee creates the conditions where OPRG colleagues and brands can collaborate, innovate and thrive. A visionary culture-builder, she was named an ADCOLOR Legend, honored by ColorComm, PRovoke and PRWeek, and previously led global DEI at Porter Novelli, where her initiatives earned top diversity awards. Soon Mee holds a BA from Emory University and serves on boards including the Diversity Action Alliance, The LAGRANT Foundation and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights.
Michele Chase

Michele steers talent strategy worldwide. With more than 20 years of experience spanning public relations, financial communications, and the sports, cable and music industries, she leads people-first initiatives that strengthen culture, retention and leadership development at scale. A key member of the executive team, Michele shapes OPRG's growth agenda through exceptional talent, building HR infrastructure, guiding restructurings and mergers, and resolving complex employee relations challenges.

Shane leads legal strategy, compliance, and regulatory affairs across the OPRG network. With nearly two decades in media and communications law, Shane advises leadership on growth, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. He is known for his proactive, partnership-driven approach to legal counsel within a complex, fast-evolving industry.
