Start a guided breathing exercise

You can take a short break with a guided breathing session on your Wear OS watch.

  1. If your watch's screen is dim, tap it to wake it up.
  2. To open the list of apps, press the Power button.
  3. To begin the exercise, tap Fit Breathe Breathe.

After you complete the exercise, you'll see a report about your breathing.
