Google Pay Offers & Rewards Terms (Singapore)

Important: This article is for Google Pay in Singapore. This info may not apply for Google Pay users outside of Singapore.

  • Google Pay offers and rewards are administered by Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., with principal place of business at 70 Pasir Panjang Road, #03-71, Mapletree Business City, Singapore 117371 ("Google," "we," or "us"), and are subject to your compliance and agreement with the Google Pay Terms of Service and these Google Pay Offers and Rewards Terms. Any defined terms used but not defined herein have the meaning set forth in the Google Pay Terms of Service. In addition, each Google Pay offer will have its own additional specific terms and conditions which are subject to change ("Offer Specific Terms"). Offer Specific Terms may include limitations or restrictions - for example, limits on the length of time you have to take advantage of the offer, limits on the maximum reward that can be earned, the number of times an offer may be redeemed, and minimum spend requirements. Offers may be subject to availability and applicable law. Offer Specific Terms will be published with each offer in the Google Pay app.
  • In order to redeem a Google Pay offer, you must have first opted-in to Google Pay offers and rewards by following the in-app prompts. Once you have opted-in, you can redeem an offer and receive a reward by performing the specified action(s) and otherwise meeting the applicable Offer Specific Terms.
  • You can opt-out of Google Pay offers and rewards in Settings at any time. If you opt-out, you will not be able to redeem any offers and earn rewards. However, you will still be able to review your previously earned rewards in your rewards page of the Google Pay app.
  • To be eligible for Google Pay offers and rewards in Singapore, you must add and use an eligible supported card from one of these participating banks to your Google Pay account. Payment transactions made using unsupported cards will not qualify. Google Pay reserves the right to determine whether a particular card or user is eligible to participate in the offers and rewards program or any individual offer.
  • Lucky draw winners are determined electronically using pre-set algorithms from amongst eligible entries at the date(s) and time(s) subject to and as may be further specified in the Offer Specific Terms. Scratch card prizes are determined electronically using pre-set algorithms in real time when the given scratch card is redeemed by the scratch card winner, subject to and as may be further specified in the Offer Specific Terms.
  • On average across all Google Pay Singapore users, 80% of claimed scratch cards were worth SGD 0.10 to SGD 10 or a discount at a specific merchant, and 20% revealed no reward. Range of possible cash rewards vary by scratch card, as specified in applicable offer terms. Based on data from October to December 2020.
  • Scratch cards you receive will expire after 45 days if not scratched.
  • Any cashback you earn will be added to your PayNow-registered bank account linked to Google Pay. Your cashback will expire after 45 days if you do not have an account linked, or if issues with your linked account prevent cashback from being added.
  • If you earn a merchant voucher, the voucher will be valid until such expiry date as specified on it. Google will not have any liability or responsibility to you for your failure to redeem a reward.
  • If a Google Pay offer is made by a participating merchant or other third party partner, such offer may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
  • Google is not responsible or liable for fulfillment or your use of any merchant voucher. The terms of your purchase and receipt of any product or service from a merchant are governed by your relationship with that merchant. We are not responsible for any third party services or products referenced in a Google Pay offer or reward, or that you purchase or receive from a merchant or other third party. Some offers or rewards may include a link to a third party website. Google does not have control of or responsibility for any third party website you may access in connection with your participation in Google Pay offers and rewards.
  • Google reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any user who we determine does not meet the offer requirements or in case of reasons including but not limited to any misuse of the offer or fraud or suspicious transactions/activities. Google also reserves the right to discontinue or change any Google Pay offer or the Google Pay offer and rewards program at any time, at its sole discretion with or without notice to you, and without any liability to you or to any third party.
  • If you are a winner of any reward, your name and details may be published in a publicly displayed list of winners in compliance with legal requirements. By opting-in to Google Pay offers and rewards, you are deemed to consent to the use of your information in this matter.
  • Employees, interns, contractors and office-holders, as well as their immediate families (parents, siblings, children, spouses and life partners of each, regardless of where they live) of Google LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and any representatives or agencies of Google or other persons professionally connected with the offer, are not eligible to participate.
  • Each Google Pay user can only use one set of Google Pay credentials that has not been previously registered with Google Pay, which includes but is not limited to a Google account, phone number and form of payment. Any of these unique Google Pay credentials must not have been used to register another Google Pay account.
  • Google Pay offers and rewards are void where prohibited by applicable laws.
