Business Development Manager
Company
A global market leading corrugated manufacturer looking to expand their team with an experience business development manager. Need to be based within Sweden with a strong knowledge of solid board or corrugated packaging.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients/customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients/customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospects.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients/customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Corrugated or Solid Board and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Must been Swedish native speak (English would be a benefit but not essential)
