My research indicates that while most executive coaches are aware of technology tools , very few use it in their coahcing sessions. This hesitancy emerges from two primary sources. 1) Lack of training and practice given no coach training program and school has incorporated use of technology in their curriculum. 2) Given coaching emerged from the tradition of "talking therapies" coaches find less use of doing work with clients. One of my favorite tech tools for real-time client feedback is ChatGPT. In coaching sessions, we often focus on refining marketing messages through live critiques. I review their copy, and then incorporate ChatGPT with a detailed prompt about suggested improvements. Together, we engage in an interactive prompting process, which provides immediate, actionable insights. This allows clients to experiment with different phrasings and instantly see the potential improvements. I detail the changes, answer questions, and then send them the entire ChatGPT dialogue. Clients love this method for its immediacy and impact. It not only enhances their messaging but also boosts their confidence in their copywriting skills in real-time.

Tech can be a tool. Is a tool. For sure. Using AI note taking tools such as Read.ia can help, for example. Such platforms help capture what was discussed and keeps the conversation "going", between. But it's just a tool. I think the *intention* to stay in touch/assist is key. That can be as simple as an email message, a phone call... or a text.

Make sure that you understand your clients' preferences for receiving information and ensure that you systems can cater to various frequencies (Daily, weekly, monthly). Many clients will prefer to query data so having an easy-to-use UI interface will allow clients to access the data they want on a real time basis. When building a client interface the approach must be 'client centric" as some organizations make the mistake of building what they think their clients want instead of what the client needs which will impact client retention and overall happiness with your Operational Service.
