Lyndon won one of the Best Cold Reading Teachers in Los Angeles Backstage Magazine 2010, 2011 and 2012! The Lyndon Technique proves to be a practical approach to auditioning and booking the job on the first take. Each chapter provides detailed insight into each of Lyndon's 15 Guideline Map to Booking Technique.

Lyndon travels Internationally to teach the principles of Booking, Marketing and running a successful business as an Actor. The information is applicable no matter where you live or where you are in your career.

Amy Lyndon has been entertaining the public since the age of 10. Having grown up in New Rochelle, New York, formal training was as easy as jumping on a train. During her senior year, Lyndon studied at the Neighborhood Playhouse (NYC) and went on to England to tackle the prestigious London Academy of Performing Arts. After earning her BFA from Syracuse University, Lyndon studied with Stella Adler and Harry Mastrogeorge. Lyndon has 40+ films to her credit including; “And They’re Off” opposite Sean Astin, "The House That Jack Built” opposite Joe Mantegna, and "The Poughkeepsie Tapes" for MGM. She can be seen in 5 LionsGate Feature Films: "B.T.K," "Bram Stoker's Dracula's Guest", "Chicago Massacre: Richard Speck", "Ed Gein: The Butcher Of Plainfield", and "Are You Scared?" She also has 5 more Feature Films coming out in 2012: “Grooming Giselle,” “40 Sundays,” "Trinity: Gehenna,” “Road To The Open” and “The Vanquisher." She also Starred with Chris Pratt in "Cursed Part 3," by Rae Dawn Chong. On Television, Lyndon Guest Starred in over 30+ television shows including: “Adopting Terror” for Lifetime, “Law and Order: Los Angeles,” “Eagleheart” opposite Chris Elliot, “NCIS,” "Ugly Betty," "Entourage," "NYPD Blue," "JAG," Recurring Principal Roles in “Days Of Our Lives,” “The Bold and the Beautiful," "General Hospital," "Young and The Restless" and a Recurring Guest Lead in "Freddy's Nightmares." On Stage, Lyndon's wacky performance as Bobbi Michelle in "Last Of The Red Hot Lovers" at The Tiffany Theatre garnered critical notoriety and earned her a Marquee Comedy Award. Lyndon worked her comedy skills at The Groundlings, The Comedy Store, CBS On The Lot and The Int’l Blend Comedy Troupe with Rick Overton. Additionally, Lyndon is a Multi-Award Winning Director/Writer/Producer. Her film "Odessa" starring the late Yolanda King won top awards on the Festival circuit and the screenplay is now being produced through Paramount Pictures. As a Writer, Lyndon won the "Spirit of Moondance Award" for Best Family Screenplay in The Moondance Int'l Film Festival and as a Director her World Premiere play "The Parasites" was produced by The Met Theatre to sold out audiences. “Award-Winning,” a recent film that Lyndon directed and produced also won Major Awards on the Festival Circuit. She also just directed the film “The Whiskey Girls” due out in 2012 and completed 10 episodes of the comedy “I Wanna Marry Larry,” which will be in production before years end.
