This book feels hastily written, with many loose threads, incoherent points of view and implausible incident. I enjoyed the first one of the series, but in this third book everyone is so damned nice! I did feel the hot and fetid breath of the publisher upon the authors neck as he rushed his work, under-edited, to publication.
