Remember Marvel's "The Secret Wars" back in the 80s? I do. That 12 page epic saga set the bar high for future team ups villains, the whole thing, at least for Marvel. Enter the Infinity Gauntlet. Thanos is a decent enough villain, they brought back Capt. Marvel, and a bunch of other hero/villain types appear. While the details are hazy, as I read this at least 20 years ago when it came out, I do remember enjoying it. So have fun with it, new people, and re enjoy it, old schoolers like me.

This was a fun book to read! It had many crazy twists along the way. There are a lot of characters to keep track of, but the book does a good job of getting the reader up to speed, for the most part. Casual readers beware! I recommended it for anyone trying to catch up on the classics.

It's just a typical cheesy sci-fi story that Starlin churned out in the 90's. It's good and has his Darksied ripoff Thanos as the main baddie but it hasn't aged well. Check out his earlier Warlock or independent work for something better.
