About this ebook

In an earnest and searing wake-up call, the author of the bestseller Bonhoeffer: Pastor, Martyr, Prophet, Spy warns of the haunting similarities between today’s American church and the German church of the 1930s. Echoing Bonhoeffer’s prophetic call, Eric Metaxas exhorts his fellow Christians to repent of their silence in the face of evil before it is too late.

Great book! Shows us as Christians and Americans the path we need to take to get this country heading back on the right track. We can not fail like the German Church failed it people in the 1930s.

l believe as Christians we should not cower when we are supposed to be bold. we should be like the three hebrew boys who refused to bow to nebuchadnesors statue. So reading this book challenge me to stand up for what is right.

never have I read such a greater call to action, a call to prove what we may claim to believe. Do I believe God is who he says he is? Or do I choose to be fearful, play it safe, and allow evil to flourish. Great read.
