"May God watch over she who carries my heart"....loved this line! This is one of the best stories I have read in a long time! Once I started reading, I couldn't put the book down except to get some sleep! lol I really loved the first two books in this series but this one was simply breathtaking. I laughed, I cried, I swooned and many parts had me sitting on the edge of my seat! I adored Clarissa and Campbell's characters. I laughed 'til I cried at what came out of her mouth whenever he was around, the double entendres were hilarious. As for the quiet scowling giant, he's the type of hero any gal would be proud of. He's exactly who she needs to protect her from the evil madman stalking her. A thoroughly riveting story which will make you want to read more of Elisa Braden's books!! I received an ARC of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

not as good as the other ones. actually tbh my favorite in the series is bk 2, then this one then the first. i felt it focused on so much other stuff and I wanted to hear more of Campbell's perspective. wouldn't pay for it but would just rent from the library if I had to do it again
