Content is great, very useful and well organized. Regarding the ebook itself, most of the illustrations are chopped in half and poorly reproduced (but none of them are really essential to understanding the text). Also, for some reason, this title out of all the ones I've purchased never appears in my library without me searching for it by name.

The tables in this ebook are misaligned and you can't read the columns on the edge of the book. And these tables are vital for the therapy. I'm very disappointed. Other than that, the book is spot on with the depression symptoms and its analysis and ways to deal with it is very good.

I have used this book successfully since 1984. This is the best book on depression that I've read, easy to understand, easy to read, and very helpful. If you do what Dr. Burns suggests it will turn your life and depression around. You can test yourself with different tests such as the Beck's Depression Inventory, included in this volume. No gurus, mantras, or Tibetan prayer wheels. Burn's book is truthfully but simply written, and easy to read/use. It can and will save your life, I know, it saved mine. Thx Dr. Burns
