I would really like an auto-pause feature I can enable either at the end or beginning of each exercise (or perhaps both at my discretion). Many of my exercises require hold times that make them end later than the allotted time. Having to remember myself and hurry to pause on time is disruptive and distracting. Auto-pause seems like an easy and obvious feature. Otherwise, the app does what I need it to do and would earn 5 stars.

It is impossible to do theses exercises correctly while holding a smart phone to view the videos. But there are no audio instructions to follow, so I have to watch. Impossible. There are some chimes and bells, but no way to know what they mean. After one use, I will just have the app play the exercises to itself while I do my work with the printed paper guide my PT gave me. I don't waste my time with systems designed to make work fail. May 2024: One year later, this is still not fixed.

We're sorry for not meeting your expectations. The countdown tones play on the last few reps or seconds of an exercise. We are actively working on our exercise library to have all videos include full voice over. It sounds like your program includes videos that do not have this unless voice over is turned off in playlist settings.

It's great for the exercises in their library, It tells me when to start and stop, and had breaks built in between sets. It shows someone doing the exercises, let's you specify the number of reps and add or remove sets. The only problem is that my therapist was unable to add an exercise that they don't have. To make this 5 stars, they need to add a way for miscellaneous exercises that they don't have in their library to be added. I keep forgetting to do my other exercises as a result!
