This is a really helpful app. Good descriptions of the exercises, I find the videos helpful because I can watch how to do it similar to geing in a class with an instructor. It would be perfect if a voice or such timed each rep or hold. Some of the exercises I can't do and watch the screen at the same time. Except for that, it's pretty awesome.

As I recover from ACL/Meniscus surgery, I worried that the PT at home would be hard to keep on a schedule. But this app, which has demo videos and times out the exercises, has really helped keep me on track. I am already able to hit some flexion and extension goals ahead of schedule. Just gotta remember to not push it as I heal, but this app has been such a huge help. I can even cast the videos from my phone to the TV, so I don't have to look down during the exercises. Highly recommend.

I'm still adjusting to using this method for my PT exercises. Maybe a tutorial would be nice to show how the different features work. I've been doing the trial and error system to figure out how to organize my exercises. There are times I wil lspilt my workout in two sessions during the day. But it doesn't log what I've done. So there's more I need to learn on this app. But I do feel that it's quite beneficial and helpful in a lot of ways towards getting to feel better.

If you tap on the settings menu, at the bottom of the list there is the "Patient Help Center" that has articles and demo videos that may help give you more information you need. We hope you find this helpful!
