The redesign adding a different home screen is horrible. This is a ride hailing app, not a home screen to redirect me for other apps. Nothing has been added to the Careem app in a long time, and we still can't add multiple destinations, we cant communicate with the drivers, and we can't book multiple rides at once. The service is great, but they're just using the app to try to redirect you to use their other services. Too bad I use the service too much to get rid of this annoying app.

It works well as long as it works. But if it happens you need help than you're out of luck! As help option does anything else except helping you. They offer some generic useless help options which I'm not sure who is gonna use. The actual help, especially when you need to talk to a human is either unavailable either EXTREMELY well hidden so we can't bother them with our problems. Terrible, morally questionable.

Ordered a cab, it came and I had to pay 33% more than the original price that was shown to me when I ordered. Contacted support and they didn't respond till now, it has been more than 48h. I'm just uninstalling the app and never using it again. Another note, even for the original price, the ride was more expensive than all other similar apps.
