Screen is darker while watching and that makes it very complicated to make out details. There seems to be no way to fix it either.

Purchased an item. Arrived defective. Made clame. No feedback from seller, either Amazon. Got email, to write a review. Provided fair info, with detailed pictures. Amazon did not accept my negative feedback, so it was restricted. To Amazon - no need to state "contact customer service. I already did, now it's your turn to do next step.
