Didnt know there was a new update, my card wouldn't work to purchase at the park for the first 2 transactions before I was told by an employee that there was an update that caused the cards not to work. I updated the app and purchases with the app STILL wouldn't work. The location doesn't update while your using the map, the map is NOT user friendly, searching for rides/restaurants and where they are was very difficult. Especially when the location arrow didn't move when you did. Not a fan.

I haven't even made it to universal for the first time yet, and my experience is already dampened by how terrible this app is. I've heard that paper maps are no longer available, yet the map in the app is astoundingly bad. The filters for rides and dining are unendingly frustrating. You can't turn off location services when not needed to save battery life. For starters.

When you add items to your order for a whole family at 3 Broomsticks without being signed in (because it wouldn't let us do it earlier), then it asks you to sign in, it should NOT navigate away from the page of the restaurant - so you know that it did not clear the cart. We ended up thinking it cleared the cart and reordering and had doubles of everything and just wishing it was like a regular restaurant and not app based
