The tracking of 2 of my family members is not updating on the map. I am unable to live track either of them. Both are Apple phones. They have updated their app, checked settings, and restarted their phones with no success. We have reached out to customer service multiple times, with no response, and requested a refund for a service that is not working properly, with no response. I would not recommend this app.

Our email service had some issues because of which we couldn't reply to our customers for the past few days.
We shall fix your tracking issue, please give us another chance and contact us from inside the app using menu>help and support> send message again.

The service itself works well, but recently there was an issue I had with my data "disappearing." Unfortunately, when it was supposed to be fixed, nothing had changed. In the end, I was able to create a new circle--no big deal. The only thing I did not like was that the messages from support came through the app as notifications so if one was dismissed, the message was gone forever. I would recommend sending support messages through email to prevent this in the future.

We understand how annoying that must be. We're working on a solution. We hope you'll re-consider the rating once we fix the issue.

The location isn't accurate. It does state there is a few feet discrepancy, but it's way off. I got notified at 2 am that my daughter arrived at the park. Shot out of bed, had a panic attack, and checked on her. She was fast asleep, and her phone was on the charger. It also takes a long time to update the location. By the time it updates, she is home. It says updated 10 seconds ago, but that is false. I like the features, and it's visually pleasing, but there are too many bugs.
