Job Purpose

As Assistant Brand Manager for Getz Life, you will be responsible for creating and executing brand strategies that drive brand awareness, product growth, and profitability. The role involves managing promotional collateral, developing the brand narrative, identifying product growth opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful execution. The Assistant Brand Manager will also play a vital role in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, analyzing sales data, and managing advertising budgets.


Job Responsibilities

  • Brand Promotion: Create and manage promotional collateral to enhance brand awareness and consistency in messaging across various channels and take ownership of developing and communicating the brand narrative to resonate with our target audience.
  • Product Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for product growth, including product line extensions, new product development, and pricing strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with business development, regulatory affairs, finance, supply chain, and other departments to ensure effective execution and implementation of brand strategies.
  • S&OP Coordination: Engage in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by coordinating demand planning with the sales team, pre-S&OP with supply chain and distribution, and final S&OP with the Marketing lead to ensure seamless sales execution across the organization. Analyze data from IMS and MIP portals and take out action points to implement.
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales forecasts and financial data, reporting on product sales and developing action plans to achieve quantitative objectives for assigned products.
  • Portfolio Management: Develop and manage the assigned product portfolio to create value, innovate, and devise strategies to increase market share.
  • Communication and Media: Plan and execute communication and media actions across all channels, including HCP engagement, Social Media, Clinics, Pharmacies, Hospitals and Institutions.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for advertising and promotional items efficiently, maximizing return on investment.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business management or related discipline(s)
  • 2 - 6 years' relevant experience in marketing and brands, preferably in FMCGs
