Wynonna Judd's Daughter Grace Kelley Charged with Soliciting for Prostitution Following Arrest for Indecent Exposure

On Friday, April 5, Kelley was arrested on charges of indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations

Wynonna Judd's daughter Grace Kelley has been hit with another charge stemming from her arrest on April 5.

On Thursday, April 11, records show that the 27-year-old was also charged with "soliciting prostitution." She allegedly "exposed her breasts and lower body" on a busy highway in Alabama and — per a Daily Mail interview with Millbrook police chief P.K. Johnson — was carrying a sign that said "ride for a ride."

Her bond is now set to $2,000.

A spokesperson for the Millbrook Police Department did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

Kelley, whose father is Arch Kelley III, was booked into the Elmore County Jail on Friday at 5:05 p.m. on charges of indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations.

According to charging documents obtained by AL.com, Kelley reportedly “exposed her breasts and lower body” at a busy intersection in Millbrook and then wouldn’t identify herself when officers tried to arrest her.

Kelley's legal trouble dates back to 2016 when she was arrested for possession of meth.

Then, in 2018, she was sentenced to eight years in prison for leaving a court-mandated drug recovery program, thus violating her probation.

Four years later, The Daily Beast reported that she was released from jail in December 2022 but then arrested again in May 2023 on charges of violating an order of protection and restraining order and violating parole. She was sent back to jail and released again that October.

During a temporary leave absence from jail in March 2022, she gave birth to daughter Kaliyah Chanel.

The country singer opened up to PEOPLE about her daughter in 2022, saying she was always the first to correct her.

“Gracie will be the first one to say, ‘Mom, that’s not exactly how it happened,’” she said. “It’s not about judgment, it’s just about calling me out when I get too big for my britches, as they say. And Gracie’s the one that does it.”

Kelley is next due in court April 25.
