The Tenacious D musician, 63, posted an Instagram reel on Thursday showing his impressive weight loss transformation. The video was set to the group's song "To Be the Best" and included two full-body images of Gass. On the left, the guitarist looks straight at the camera as he poses shirtless with his hands against his body. In the other, Gass flexes his arms, showing off his slimmer physique.
