Jack Osbourne has finalized his divorce from wife Lisa less than one year after she filed, PEOPLE confirms.

“Jack and Lisa are both doing well, getting along great as friends, and are still very much involved as a family with the kids,” a source close to the former couple tells PEOPLE.

TMZ and Radar report that a judgment of dissolution was entered in the former couple’s divorce case on Tuesday.

Lisa filed for divorce in May after nearly six years of marriage.

In August, Jack responded to Lisa’s petition for divorce and agreed to joint custody of their three daughters: Andy Rose, 3, Pearl Clementine, 6, and Minnie Theodora, 13 months.

Jack also reportedly denied Lisa spousal support. According to TMZ, they agreed on an upfront cash payout rather than monthly payments.

Both cited irreconcilable differences as to the reason for their divorce.

As for the separation of their assets, both Jack and Lisa walked away from the marriage with a piece of property.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, while Jack transferred the deed of the couple’s 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home in Sherman Oaks — purchased for $1.875 million — to Lisa, she filed documents transferring the deed to their Studio City mansion, which the pair bought for $3.2 million in 2014, to Jack.

At the time of the divorce filing, Jack shared an Instagram post on behalf of the pair, explaining that while the news of their separation “has probably come as a bit of a shock to everyone,” the couple tried for years to make their marriage work.

“What’s best for our family right now is that we separate lovingly, and remain best friends who are committed to raising our children together,” the father of three wrote. “We are disappointed but feel confident that we will continue to grow our relationship as co-parents and best friends.”

The pair exchanged vows on Oct. 7, 2012, in front of 48 close friends and family members, including his parents Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, as well as sister Kelly Osbourne, who recently spoke out about Jack and Lisa’s separation.

“It’s sad, but you know, they have a great relationship with one another. The main priority is just the kids and making sure that they get what they need,” Kelly said. “It’s foolish to try and fix something together that isn’t going to work. They’re doing the adult thing, and that’s great for them.”

She added: “I’m very close to the both of them. Families are supposed to support one another, and that’s all I’m there to do.”
