See Kaley Cuoco Do Shots with David Oyelowo and Bill Nighy in Role Play Clip (Exclusive)

Kaley Cuoco plays an assassin whose husband finds out about her real job after an anniversary date night gone wrong in 'Role Play,' streaming on Prime Video now

Kaley Cuoco, David Oyelowo and Bill Nighy are drinking in their new movie.

On Friday, Prime Video shared a new clip from the movie Role Play exclusively with PEOPLE that shows Cuoco, 38, Oyelowo, 47, and Nighy, 74, drinking together at a bar as Nighy's character Bob begins to suggest that he may know more about a secret identity Emma (Cuoco) holds.

The clip shows Bob purchase Emma and Dave (Oyelowo) a round of shots that feature "a bit of a kick" and begin to laugh when Emma, a woman concealing her identity as an assassin from her husband, suggests that she "never takes shots."

As Emma orders a glass of water from the bar, Bob coyly suggests she is a woman "a man might kill for" and offers a toast once again, notably referring to her as Alice rather than Emma.

"Emma has a wonderful husband Dave and two kids in the suburbs of New Jersey," reads an official synopsis for the upcoming movie. "She also has a secret life as an assassin for hire — a secret that her husband David discovers when the couple decide to spice up their marriage with a little role play."

Trailers for the new Prime Video movie show that Emma and David get more than they bargained for after they agree to celebrate their anniversary by trying some "role play" under different names and pretending to meet for the first time at a bar. Those plans are interrupted by Bob, whom Emma knows from her work as an assassin, and Emma's lifestyle crashes around her as Dave learns the truth about her profession.
