Sami Sheen — the oldest of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen’s two daughters — took to TikTok Monday to ask her followers for advice as she quits vaping in advance of her breast augmentation surgery.

“I’m so scared, and I don’t know how I’m going to live without this thing,” the 19-year-old said. “It’s really sad. My whole life revolves around it. I’ve depended on it for so long.”

Sheen said she’s been vaping for five years, admitting that “I’ve tried quitting multiple times. It’s really f—king hard. I ordered this book called How to Quit Vaping by Allen Carr. Have I started reading it? No, because I don’t want to quit.”

The OnlyFans model said, “like, realistically, I do want to quit because I know I’m going to be so much healthier and live longer because of it, but I just don’t want to deal with it. I’ve just been putting it off.”

But now, Sheen said she has to be nicotine-free for at least a month before her surgery, which is scheduled in two months.

“The time has come where I have absolutely no choice, and I have to quit. Soon,” she said.

“I'm already getting anxiety, okay? I have not gone a single day in the past five years without this motherf—ker,” she said, holding up a silver vape pen.

“I think me getting my boobs done is honestly gonna save my life, because it’s forcing me to quit this. So, at least we have that.”

“I’ve debated on postponing my surgery just because I’m too scared to f—ing quit nicotine,” she said.

She’s not alone: Studies have shown that it may be harder to quit nicotine than heroin, the Mayo Clinic has reported.

And while vaping is often seen as a better alternative than traditional cigarettes, “e-cigarette aerosol is not harmless,” the CDC says. “It can contain harmful and potentially harmful substances, including nicotine, heavy metals like lead, volatile organic compounds, and cancer-causing agents.”

Sheen started vaping when she was a younger teen: “My peak growing stages in life have been, like, dependent on nicotine, which is really f—king bad,” she said.

The CDC says that nicotine use by adolescents can impair brain development, specifically the way synapses are formed, as well as “harm the parts of the brain that control attention, learning, mood, and impulse control.”

“If you have any tips on how to quit, please let me know. I’m really scared to try the gum,” Sheen said, adding she was afraid it would make her throw up.

She said she’s already tried the lollipops, hard candy, and “little fidget toys" and “none of it works,” adding that she even reached out to a hypnotist.

The average attempt at quitting vaping lasts 2.4 months, the CDC says

“I just want the people who are struggling to please give me their advice and tell me what helped you,” she said. “Please, help me.”
