Paul Walker's Daughter Meadow, 22, Stars in Proenza Schouler's New 2021 Campaign: 'I'm So Grateful'

Meadow Walker is kicking off 2021 with a new modeling gig.

The 22-year-old daughter of late actor Paul Walker revealed on Instagram on Monday that she stars in Proenza Schouler's Pre-Fall 2021 campaign, writing, "I am so unbelievably grateful to everyone who has supported me and believed in me" in the caption.

Thanking Proenza Schouler designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, she continued: "Thank you Jack and Lazaro @proenzaschouler and @bertmartirosyan for trusting me to share this beautiful collection with the world. Thank you to my @dnamodels family for guiding me every step of the way."

Meadow models a flared-leg pantsuit adorned with gold and white buttons and bell sleeves in one campaign photo and a brown leather dress featuring a pleated bodice in a second.

"💙Beauty💙" the official Instagram account for the New York City-based wrote in the comment section. While actress Nathalie Emmanuel added, "Yes sweetie! You are a vision. Congratulations!!!"

In 2017, the 5-foot-9 beauty began a career in modeling and has since been signed with DNA models, per her Instagram bio. She currently has 2.5 million Instagram followers and often posts tributes to her father, who died in a car crash at age 40 in November 2013.

Earlier this year, Meadow honored The Fast and the Furious actor seven years after his tragic death, posting a throwback photo of the pair taking a nap on Instagram.

"A silly day to remember in sadness. today's a celebration of the love and happiness you brought to the world," she wrote in the caption. "Here's a photo of my best bud & I napping."

In the shot, a young Meadow sleeps against her father's chest as Walker cradles her in his arms.

A year before his death, Meadow, who had spent most of her childhood living with her mother in Hawaii, decided to move to California and live with her dad. During that time, the two grew extremely close.

"He loved being a dad. He was so proud of her," Walker's brother Cody previously told PEOPLE.

Today, Meadow keeps her father's memory alive with the Paul Walker Foundation, which serves as an "enduring light of Paul's unique spirit, far reaching goals, and spontaneous goodwill" by empowering future generations through special grants and scholarships, according to the website.
