On Thursday, May 23, the ex-wife of Elvis Presley and the inspiration behind Priscilla enjoyed the night before her 79th birthday with a night out with some friends in Beverly Hills, California.

Presley's birthday celebrations come amid a chaotic time for her extended family. Earlier this week, a Tennessee judge blocked a May 23 foreclosure sale of Elvis Presley's beloved Graceland estate to Naussany Investments and Private Lending during a hearing at the Shelby County Chancery Court in Memphis, Tennessee.

Hours later, an attorney for Priscilla's granddaughter Riley Keough, 34, "received an email from Gregory Naussany confirming they do not intend to move forward with their claim," a rep for Graceland said in a statement to PEOPLE.

The move followed an alleged “fraudulent” attempt to sell the property, as Keough claimed in a May 20 lawsuit. “The estate is considered unique under Tennessee law, and in being unique, the loss of the real estate will be considered irreparable harm,” Judge Chancellor JoeDae L. Jenkins said during the hearing. Neither Keough nor a representative for Naussany were present.

Keough was previously named the sole trustee of the Promenade Trust — previously established by her late mother and the only child of Elvis, Lisa Marie Presley — and is seeking to block Naussany Investments & Private Lending LLC from selling Presley's iconic Memphis home.

The Daisy Jones and the Six actress' 60-page lawsuit obtained by PEOPLE on Monday, May 20, was filed in response to Naussany — a mysterious organization that Presley's granddaughter alleged may not even be "a real entity" — claiming that Lisa Marie borrowed $3.8 million and gave them a deed of trust encumbering Graceland as security before her 2023 death.

Keough alleged that "the note and deed of trust are fraudulent and unenforceable," and asked the court to grant a restraining order against them ahead of a non-judicial sale of Graceland scheduled for May 23.

The lawsuit also alleged Keough's late mother's signatures on the Standard Promissory Note and deed of trust are forged, and that the notary who allegedly witnessed Lisa Marie signing the deed and the note said she did not notarize anything, and that she has never met Lisa Marie.

Following the May 22 hearing in which a Tennessee judge stopped the sale,Graceland and Elvis Presley Enterprises shared a statement with PEOPLE.

"As the court has now made clear, there was no validity to the claims," the statement claims. "There will be no foreclosure. Graceland will continue to operate as it has for the past 42 years, ensuring that Elvis fans from around the world can continue to have a best in class experience when visiting his iconic home."

Priscilla weighed in on the drama surrounding her former home's "fraudulent" sale, sharing a photo of Graceland on her Instagram on Monday night and writing "it's a scam" in big bold red letters.

The actress has also been candid about her love life in recent months — back in March, she set the record straight about her feelings for former Dallas co-star Patrick Duffy, with whom she was rumored to be in love.

During a Q&A event at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut, that month, Presley called the rumors "so crazy."

"Now there’s this whole big thing out there that I love Patrick Duffy, and I’m reading this in a magazine that someone showed me yesterday," she said while speaking about her career after her 1972 divorce from rock icon Elvis Presley.

"I’m going, 'This is unbelievable, really, this is so crazy.' I hadn’t seen him in a long time, and it was a great reunion," the Naked Gun star said, referencing a recent cast reunion for the CBS show. "Patrick told me how happy he was, and we talked to the audience and they had questions for us and that’s it."
