The Kardashians star, who turned 45 on April 18, shared some photos from her recent trip with husband Travis Barker on her Instagram Stories on Sunday, April 21. “The U flew away,” Kardashian wrote across a photo of silver balloons that were supposed to spell out the word “Kourt” beside the steps to a private jet. She then reposted 48-year-old Barker's birthday post to her, which featured a photo of them kissing in front of the jet while holding their baby boy Rocky, 5 months.
