Heather Dubrow is feeling nostalgic about the day she first met her husband Terry Dubrow.

On Monday, the Real Housewives of Orange County star, 54, shared a throwback photo of the couple — who married in 1999 — as she marked the anniversary of their blind date 27 years ago.

"Spent last weekend in Cabo celebrating the day @drdubrow and I met on a blind date 27 years ago! ❤️," she wrote on Instagram. "Although we didn’t know it at the time, it was the day that changed our trajectory."

"Since I don’t have photos from the weekend (oops — was having way too much fun 💃🏻💃🏻) enjoy this throwback picture!" she continued. "I’m also sharing a few quotes that resonate with me in hopes that they resonate with you too."

The first quote read, "A soulmate isn't someone who completes you. No, a soulmate is someone who inspires you to complete yourself."

The two additional quotes touched on the notion that relationships take work. "Nothing is hotter than consistent effort to keep the spark alive, not just start it," read one, while the other said in part, "Relationships need love, but they don't stay alive on love alone."

Several of Heather's Bravo costars — current and past — commented on the post including Alexis Bellino, who wrote, "All of this is SO true!!!! ❤️❤️ Congrats you two!"

Gretchen Rossi commented, "Ahh such a great picture of you two! Happy Anniversary 😍."

Back in June, Heather shared a few of her secrets to a successful marriage in an Instagram post celebrating her 24th anniversary with Terry, 65, with whom she shares four children — twins Max and Nick, 20, Kat, 17, and Ace, 12.

Her top tip was likely relatable to couples everywhere: "Have separate bathrooms," she joked.

She also encouraged people to "date their spouse" just like in the early days of their relationship.

"No really, don’t stop going on dates … ever!” she said, also advising couples to "let things go" when disagreements arise.

“Don’t fight when you’re tired or with alcohol on board. (Trust me on this!)," she added.

The reality star also reflected on her many years with her plastic surgeon husband, writing, “Marriage is a leap of faith — but if you’re lucky and work hard at it you get to do life with your best friend and partner in crime! Like me & T.”

Just weeks after celebrating their anniversary, the pair faced a terrifying moment together when Terry suddenly experienced a mini-stroke called transient ischemic attack (or TIA) while they were having dinner on Aug. 3. He was rushed to the hospital after Heather noticed he was slurring his speech during the meal.

Terry later credited Heather for saving his life after the serious health scare as he shared some important advice.

"Listen to your partner. If they are concerned about something, don't argue and get it checked out right away. What they see may be very different than what you perceive,” he said in an interview with E! News.

"Be grateful for those who love you. I love my wife, thank God for Heather and her persistence and insistence. She truly saved my life."
