Sonja Morgan may have just found her next real estate agent!

During the The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy panel at BravoCon on Sunday, Morgan, 59, and her fellow reality stars got candid about what they've been up to — when it was revealed that Morgan's iconic townhouse is currently vacant.

"When it’s rented, I take it off the market. So I have a wonderful family that just left a few days ago, so now I feel broke. When I rent it, I feel homeless," Morgan said during the panel. "Dorinda [Medley] and I had a really good talk. She said just auction it and move on."

Kelly Bensimon, who is a licensed real estate agent, then quipped, "No auctioning: I will sell that house."

"In the meantime, Sonja’s townhouse is available for rental," de Lesseps added.

Morgan's home has made headlines in the past. Just last year, the Real Housewives of New York City star re-listed the five-story Upper East Side townhouse for $8.75 million, following a decade of attempting to sell the spot.

At the time, Thomas Wexler of Leslie J. Garfield & Co. described the home as one that was "designed with style and grace."

She initially listed the home for $9.95 million in 2013, and five years later, she revealed on RHONY that she rented out the property for $32,000 per month, according to Bravo.

The 4,650-square-foot house features four bedrooms, five full bathrooms (and two half bathrooms), and some lovely outdoor seating — all on top of the secret elevator that should look familiar to fans familiar with Morgan's TV appearances. "Everyone likes to see the elevator," Sonja told Entertainment Tonight in 2019.

Elsewhere during the BravoCon panel, Morgan opened up about her love life when she revealed that she's been dating a man for six months, describing him as a "viking."

"He has a beard, a mustache, white a little gray,” she said, before getting candid about her sex life in particular. “And the third time I was with him I was like, ‘Have you always had a beard?’ Doggy-style. And I never swap spit. I don’t want anyone’s spit in my mouth," she joked.

In July 2021, Morgan opened up on RHONY about looking for a partner. The reality star was previously married to John Adams Morgan from 1998 to 2006, and dated Million Dollar Listing New York star Ryan Serhant among others after their split. She and Morgan share 23-year-old daughter, Quincy Adams Morgan.

“I’m just a Francophile,” Morgan said on the show. “I’m not averse to French or Italian men. I married American but he loved to travel. But I should say we were loners. We like to spend a lot of time alone.”

Morgan also told The Daily Dish in July that she was looking for a partner who had a “bigger belly, less hair, so I can get naked and feel comfortable."

"I don’t want these gorgeous men that  [de Lesseps] dates," she joked. "I just can’t do it. She has amazing self-esteem.”
