What You Will Do
The Country Manager is responsible for leading the account management team towards achieving business objectives in the assigned territory. The CM focuses on the execution of the business plan, using the assigned resources, to offer the maximum return on investment. Serves as an agent of change, both internally in the company and at the client's level, for the implementation of strategies that improve collaboration between both. Develop innovative strategies and solutions that translate into increased sales, increased profits and/or business productivity. Monitor key metrics, evaluate, and then adjust the plan to achieve expected results. The CM is responsible for developing the skills and abilities of his team to maximize their potential.

What You Will Do
The Country Manager is responsible for leading the account management team towards achieving business objectives in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with Business Directors, Brand Managers and key Buyers for new and established accounts (Distributors and chains).
- Act as an enabler for the KAM team.
- Explore and propose new initiatives of value for the business in their territories.
- Carry out the economic and competitive analysis and present it to the Board.
- Efficiently manage and manage the CIW
- Ensure correct execution at the point of sale with the entire sales force in their countries.
- Planning, control and monitoring of the P&L for their countries.
- Minimum experience of 5 years in similar positions
- Professional in related careers
- Extensive knowledge of the commercial area
- Ability to make decisions in an ambiguous environment.
- Customer relationship and sales skills.
