This role is based in Auckland, where you will report to the Support Services Centre of Excellence (COE) Lead. You will be part of a centralized team of 20 who work across the whole business. About the Role:

As a Services Support Lead you will provide support to 3 Leadership Squad Members/Directors across Spark in conjunction with managing a team of 3 Support Services Leads.


Day to day you will:

  • Support 3 Leadership Squad Members/Directors across the full range of executive assistance duties as required.
  • Responsible for a team of three, which includes workflow management, training, and development, running weekly squad meetings, monthly one-on-one meetings with team members.
  • Work collaboratively with the COE Lead and fellow Support Services Chapter Leads to support the team regarding recruitment, team workshops, team events and in conjunction with the COE Lead, will be responsible for the overall health, wellbeing, and culture of the COE.
  • Other tasks include: Diary Management (60 – 80%); Travel Bookings through Tandem Travel and Serko; Expenses through D365; Event Management; Arranging set up of new staff/contractors; Ordering Stationery via Dynamics; Arranging carparks, catering, purchase orders.
