Syngenta believes every employee has a role to play in safely feeding the world and taking care of our planet. To support that challenge, the North America Vegetable Seeds team is currently seeking a Customer Insight Lead.
The Challenge
Driving implementation of insights into each brand's strategy and the associated customer experience strategy in coordination with Brand Marketing Lead and with Head of Customer Experience.
Responsible for development and implementation of ongoing customer experience monitoring programs by brand and channel – including monitoring, surveying, customer journey, and touchpoint analysis.
Works with brand and regional teams to ensure insights are applied, localized, and implemented across their regions and territories.
Responsible for coaching and tailoring customer experience excellence in various channels and geographies, working with digital/channel owners and Brand Marketing Lead to adapt strategies to align with customer experience insights globally.
Qualifications
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
5+ years of relevant industry experience in customer marketing, brand management, or in a brand marketing research agency.
In-depth knowledge of customer insight gathering methodologies, and familiarity working with internal and/or external research partners to define quantitative and qualitative research goals, executing data analysis, and the being the driver of resulting interpretation and implementation.
Familiarity with the agriculture industry is valued, including an understanding of customer behaviors, preferences, and trends specific to this sector.
Experience in adapting global customer insights-gathering techniques to global markets, considering regional variations and cultural nuances.
