Mass.gov Product Announcement You can now hide the table of contents on Information Details pages
Hello <<First Name>>:

As we plan for retiring the Service Details content type, the Mass Digital team has made the Information Details content type more flexible: You can now hide the table of contents (TOC).

Service Details do not have a TOC option, while Info Details get a TOC by default if you include 3 or more sections on a page. We recommend using a TOC most of the time, as it makes pages easier to scan. But you might find Info Details pages that are brief or have very short sections — like some traditional Service Details pages — to be more usable without a TOC.

Hiding the table of contents  You can hide the TOC by checking the new “Hide table of contents” box found below the “Page template” field.
In coming months, we will share more information about our plan to phase out the Service Details content type, and automatically convert all Service Details pages to Info Details. We’re asking organizations not to create new Service Details pages in the meantime.
