Mass.gov Notice Recap of User Group Meeting about the Collections feature

Thanks to all of you who were able to join the May 19 User Group Meeting.  We heard many great questions about the new Collections feature and have started working with early adopters. 

In case you missed the meeting, you can learn more about what’s happening by reviewing the slide deck presented to attendees. A link to a video recording and transcription of the meeting has been added to the Knowledge Base

CMS authors and editors can use Collections to help Mass.gov visitors more easily browse, filter, and sort through groups of related pages, external links, and documents.  

Using Collections may not be necessary for many organizations.  

Note: The state’s legacy blog platform is being shut down in mid-June. If you'd like to use a Collection for your agency's blog, please request one.

Fill out the Collection Request Form if you’d like us to create a Collection for you and follow up with a ServiceNow request letting us know you submitted it. 

Please send a ServiceNow request or sign up for Office Hours  if you have questions specific to your organization's content.
