During this past Monday’s Mass.gov User Group Meeting, authors asked about how they can reach out to other authors for reasons such as:

Informing them of broken links on their pages

Asking to link to their content instead of recreating similar information

Learning how they used a new content type effectively
It’s easy to contact any author without ever leaving the Mass.gov content management system (CMS) with the “Contact the author” tool.
You can create and send an email to any author by finding the “Contact the author” link on the New Draft screen or the “CONTACT THIS AUTHOR” button on the Revisions screen.
