Login Email Address Change/Reset
If you have access to your current Login Email Address and are able to log in, you can change your Login Email Address on your Job Seeker Profile or Employer/Provider Contact Detail page.
For assistance with resetting or changing your Login Email Address when you are unable to log in or access your current one, please contact the MACC Help Desk (information below) or your local WorkForce West Virginia Service Location.
Locked Account
If your account is locked, you can unlock it by resetting your password. Instructions are in the Forgot Password/Password Reset section.
Employer Account Activation
