Responsabilities
Efficient Issue Resolution:
- Provide quick and effective solutions to client problems.
- Minimize repeated calls and avoid unnecessary transfers.
- Anticipate and address potential future issues.
- Suggest improvements for the support section of the website.
- Handle certificate requests and various client inquiries.
- Process revocation, suspension, reactivation, and Re-Key requests.
- Answer client questions promptly and clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Guide customers through administrative and technical procedures.
- Contribute to meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as client effort score and efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Utilize client feedback to enhance the company's value proposition.
- Collaborate with application providers' help desks constructively.
- Write user-centric technical documentation and guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation by filling in a ticket for each call.
- Ensure the operational efficiency of CSD infrastructure.
- Contribute to the company's image of excellence and ease of doing business.
- Ability to create reports
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of required administrative and technical procedures
- Proficient in both French (FR) and English (EN)
- Advantageous to have knowledge of other languages: LU, DE, NL, PT, IT, etc.
