Proposed Resolution: Draft @supports-condition into css-conditional-5

Hey all,

We had a previous resolution to add this to mediaqueries-5, but it was pointed out it would probably be better to go into the css-conditional-5 module. This was done [1], so this resolution is merely to accept these edits
