Overview

Welcome to Northtown 794: Where History Inspires Modern Living

Recently established on Muskegon’s Northside, NorthTown 794’s roots trace back to 1923 when Vanderlinde Furniture first graced the corner of Clay and Pine. After a legacy that had evolved through the decades, John Essex and the Core Realty team took the reins in 2018 to restore the property after Al Perri Furniture closed in 2006. Restoration efforts included unveiling the authentic urban brick walls, tin ceilings, and expansive windows, creating a space flooded with natural light and historical resonance.

Northtown 794 has a unique modern and historic vibe, blending restaurants, retail, and collaborative coworking spaces into one multi-use building. Taking notes from the building and its past, our team was excited to create a clean and minimal branding aesthetic for their website and presence on social media.

Our goal for Northtown 794 was to highlight the authentic historical building with a modern elegance twist. During the branding process, we chose earthy tones to make the space feel warm and inviting without overpowering the local businesses within. Our clean-lined, contemporary design creates the perfect canvas to incorporate all the companies within Northtown. The sleek and minimalistic aesthetic seamlessly complements the photography featured across their social media platforms.
