It seems the squeaky e-girl gets the grease, or in this case, the $90,000 she was owed.

Two weeks ago, Belle Delphine revealed that her infamous bath water sale was "the biggest L she ever took," because when she sold jars of her bath water to a thirsty clientele, PayPal would not deliver the cash and froze her account without a clear explanation. She never received the money.

According to Delphine, PayPal fined her $2,500 for every transaction for breaking their terms of service, but wouldn't explain why. Delphine theorized it was because of her infamy as an online adult content creator.

According to a report from Business Insider, PayPal's policy towards sexual content allows for the sale of physical goods like DVDs and toys (and, presumably, bath water), but only for transactions based in the U.S. Delphine, however, is based in the U.K.

As a result, PayPal kept the money Delphine made, and for four years, the fruits or her bath water were basically frozen in PayPal's jail.

However, PayPal did away with its "$2,500 penalty" policy last year. Two weeks after Delphine's tweets went viral (and inspired responses from people suggesting that she should sue the company), she received the money she was owed.

Thus, all's well that ends well for Delphine, who has somehow walked out of the bathwater saga not only five figures richer, but also with public support — a much different scenario than four years ago, when some people thought the infamous bathwater sale heralded the death of society.
