Position : Director, Transactional E&A Business Finance

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Description: As finance leader for business responsible for driving credit and collections for the ESP business. You will play a pivotal role in partnering with the ESP and MPS businesses to drive insightful financial decision-making and support the company's strategic objectives for growth and profitability. You will be further responsible for overseeing a team and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver comprehensive financial analysis, forecasts, and reporting for E&A and provide functional expertise to R&D.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Drive the development and execution of the annual budgeting, forecasting, SFC costs, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and targets.
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models and tools highlighting key performance indicators, variance analysis to better analyze performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to achieve business targets.
  • Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to provide strategic financial guidance to take decisions leading to growth, profitability, and efficiency.
  • Manage CCIP and regulatory compliances related to E&A and SE merger.
  • Lead all the finance transformation projects to maximize digitization and simplification in line with group priorities.
  • Continuously enhance FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and relevance of financial insights.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with Chartered Accountancy.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with significant experience in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing FP&A teams within a complex, global organization.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization
