Position : Director, Transactional E&A Business Finance
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Description: As finance leader for business responsible for driving credit and collections for the ESP business. You will play a pivotal role in partnering with the ESP and MPS businesses to drive insightful financial decision-making and support the company's strategic objectives for growth and profitability. You will be further responsible for overseeing a team and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver comprehensive financial analysis, forecasts, and reporting for E&A and provide functional expertise to R&D.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Drive the development and execution of the annual budgeting, forecasting, SFC costs, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and targets.
Develop and maintain advanced financial models and tools highlighting key performance indicators, variance analysis to better analyze performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to achieve business targets.
Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to provide strategic financial guidance to take decisions leading to growth, profitability, and efficiency.
Manage CCIP and regulatory compliances related to E&A and SE merger.
Lead all the finance transformation projects to maximize digitization and simplification in line with group priorities.
Continuously enhance FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and relevance of financial insights.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with Chartered Accountancy.
15+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with significant experience in leadership roles.
Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing FP&A teams within a complex, global organization.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization
