Role Summary

  • Minimum 20+ years of overall work experience
  • Should have experience of managing P & L and delivery of large accounts to the extent of 40-65mn USD USD mn $ and above in Telecom domain
  • Experience working with Telco GCC
  • Should have working knowledge in telecom OSS/BSS
  • Technically sophisticated and business savvy management professional with proven program and project management skills, proficient in managing widely diverse projects within agreed cost and time lines
  • Experience in every aspect of running a business segment including Customer relationship, Engineering management, Managing budgets, Resource management, leadership identification and grooming
  • Develop overall strategy, models, tools and action plans for new and current service offerings and ability to manage complex conflicts and resolutions
  • Ability to mitigate risk and solve problems by using out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem solving abilities
  • Experience to onsite offshore models & multi vendor set up
  • Oversee multiple project delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction for given large customer engagements.
  • Experience in matrix organization (to be able to adopt and operate in)
