HRMS Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain organization-wide HR data on the ERP system.
- Update all transactions related to employee movements, transfers, promotions, nomenclature changes, etc.
- Monitor and ensure synchronization in HRMS data and downstream applications for seamless operations.
- Perform system maintenance and testing on each system upgrade to ensure functionality and data integrity.
- Utilize HDL/HSDL for worker assignment, person, and compensation-related bulk data handling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements or modifications.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes.
- Provide training and support to HR Business Partners as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in HRMS data management and administration.
- Proficiency in handling bulk data using HDL/HSDL for worker assignment, person, and compensation-related transactions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
